The APCRAA Alumni Basketball Tournament’s 2nd Conference officially started Saturday, September 12 at the APC Gymnasium. Seven teams in the men’s division and two teams in the women’s division took part in the traditional parade of teams at the opening ceremonies.
After all of the teams entered the hardcourt, tournament commissioner Dann Garcia addressed the players and thanked them for participating in this conference. A special citation was also given to JP Redelick of Team OGs for being a member of the Mythical Five last conference.
The drawing of lots for the men’s division was held afterwards. Team Legacy and Engineering All-Stars were supposed to play in the second game, following the women’s division face-off between Team Rebels and Dream Team, but was postponed until September 19.
