ASPAC Boys outclass Legacy
The ASPAC Boys bagged their second consecutive win during the elimination round of the APCRAA Alumni Basketball Tournament (AABT) 2nd Conference against Team Legacy, 70-52, on Saturday, October 10 at the APC Gymnasium.
The win secured ASPAC Boys the third place in the team standings while Team Legacy have yet to notch a win in the tournament.
While Team Legacy managed to lessen their turnovers compared to their opponent, they missed most of their field goal attempts, only making 23 out of 88 tries. Daniel Trinidad heavily contributed on their point production, having scored 21 points and grabbed 9 boards.
On the other side, all of the ASPAC Boys have scored, with James Armedilla scoring 21 points. ASPAC also won in the rebounding category, led by VG Agdamag with 17 boards.
ASPAC Boys had the lead for the entire game, with as much as 28 points in the third quarter.
The next game for the ASPAC Boys will be on October 24 against Team OGs while Team Legacy will meet the OGs first on October 17.
