The APCRAA Alumni Basketball Tournament (AABT) will open its upcoming women’s division basketball tournament to non-APC alumni or guest teams.
Up to two guest teams will be accommodated for the women’s division, which will compete against APC alumni teams.
The board also decided to decrease the women’s division tournament fee from P12,000 to P10,000, to encourage potential women baller teams to participate in the upcoming tournament.
The women’s division will compose of four teams, which will compete in a single round-robin elimination phase. A knockout semifinal round will follow afterwards. Seeding will be determined from the teams’ win-loss record during the eliminations. The winners of the semifinals will then compete for the championship in a one game playoff.
