Undermanned Keng’s demolish Ram Squad en route to finals
Team Keng’s finishes the APCRAA Alumni Basketball Tournament (AABT) 2016 season women’s division elimination round by defeating Ram Squad, 81-40, on Saturday, October 1 at the APC Gymnasium.
Despite having only five players available, Keng’s still outmastered the Ram Squad which fielded 8 players.
Arpee Perez of Team Keng’s set the first quadruple double in the league’s history by tallying 15 points, 24 rebounds, 14 assists and 11 steals. Micmac Iida led the Keng’s in scoring, finishing with 23 points and 19 rebounds.
Ram Squad’s Chloe Cambay top all her teammates in scoring with 14 points. Reinforcement Clark Belamede came in second with 10 points with 7 rebounds.
Keng’s will meet Team Boleras to determine the women’s division champion on October 15.
