Team 2k15 notched its fourth victory in the 2018 season of the APCRAA Basketball Tournament (ABT) elimination round after defeating arch-rival Team OGs, 97-84 on Saturday, August 11 at the Asia Pacific College Gymnasium.
The win gave them a 4-1 record, tied with Team Knights. Due to the win-over-the-other rule, Team 2k15 is currently at 1st place and on track in getting the twice-to-beat advantage in the semifinal round.
2k15 dictated the game’s pace as they were ahead of Team OGs by as much as 14 points.
Abe Tanco of Team 2k15 is the top scorer of the game with 31 points, plus 6 rebounds and 5 assists. JP Redelick of Team OGs comes in second, finishing with 30 points, 3 assists and 3 steals.
Team 2k15 will be back in action on August 25 as they face Team Bumblebees at 8:00pm while Team OGs will be up against Team Mille on August 18.
