Team Titans made a resounding debut on the APCRAA Basketball Tournament Season Six Men’s Division elimination round by dominating against new team Sibak, 96-56 on Saturday, June 4, at the APC Gymnasium.
Jowellyne Lopez led all scorers for Titans with 20 points with 2 rebounds and 4 assists while Deo Aldon finished with a double double, scoring 14 points and grabbing 11 boards.
For Sibak, Elkan Pekson scored 22 points with 5 rebounds. Dan Dizon also contributed in scoring with 11 points.
Titans have led most of the game, having a 13-0 run upon tipoff and getting the lead by as much as 44 points fourth quarter.
Sibak will back in action on June 11 as they face defending champions Bumblebees while Titans will be up against Mustangs on June 25.
