Kings season ends on a high note, dismantles Sibak

Team Kings won their last assignment in the APCRAA Basketball Tournament Season 7 elimination round against Team Sibak, 112-66, on Saturday, June 24 at the APC Gymnasium.

While the Kings finished with a 2-3 record in Group A and tied with Team Knights, they will not be going into the quarterfinal round since the Knights beat them on opening night, 103-69.

Meanwhile, Team Sibak finished the season with a 0-5 record, and has yet to win a game since joining the alumni tournament in Season 6.

Dave Perez had his best career game yet, scoring 29 points, with 8 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 steals. Deo Aldon gathered the most boards with 20 rebounds plus 11 points for a double-double game.

For Team Sibak, Jordan Fernandez scored most of the points with 29 points, with 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals. Dan Dizon had a double-double performance of 13 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists.
