Team Knights set the all-time record for the biggest winning margin during their game against Team Mischiefs, 164-42, at the continuation of the APCRAA Basketball Tournament Season 8 elimination round on Saturday, July 6 at the APC Gymnasium.
The 122-point winning margin broke the 81-point record set by Krispy Team on Opening Night also against the Mischeifs.
JC Hermo became the first player to register a quadruple-double game after finishing with 11 points, 11 rebounds, 20 assists and 10 steals. He also set the record for the most assists and steals in a game. Nonoy Sonbise had a career-high of 32 points with 13 rebounds and 4 assists.
Jhonel de Luna also became the 3rd member of the 500 rebounds club after snagging his 500th board at the 6:35 mark of the 4th quarter.
For the Mischiefs, JV Piodena leads the team in scoring with 15 points with 3 rebounds and 2 assists.
The Knights improve their standing in Group B with a 2-1 win-loss record while the Mischiefs dropped to last place at 0-3.
The Knights will be back in action on July 13, meeting against Team Titans while the Mischiefs will be facing Titans on July 20.
