Ternion OGs hand Sibak 2nd loss
Ternion OGs had a solid debut game in the APCRAA Basketball Tournament Season 9 elite division, defeating Team Sibak, 90-60, on Saturday, May 31 at the APC Gymnasium.
The OGs took control the entire game, leading by as much as 37 points in the 3rd quarter.
Genesis Reyes led the OGs in scoring, with 24 points, plus 7 rebounds and 1 steal. Ralph Artigas had a double-double performance of 13 points and 14 rebounds with 4 assists and 4 blocks. Sean Montemayor contributed 17 points.
For Sibak, Maurice Beltrand top all scorers with 23 points plus 8 rebounds and 2 assists. Jess Carrillo added 11 points and 4 rebounds and 2 assists for the team, despite suffering a cut near the eyebrow after colliding with Brixter Salvador midway into the 1st quarter.
Ternion OGs will be testing the APC Rams on June 7, while Sibak will face Tostitos on June 21.
