VVV tear Titans

Veni Vid Vici opened their campaign in the APCRAA Basketball Tournament Season 9 elite division with a resounding victory against Team Titans, 104-59 on Saturday, May 31 at the APC Gymnasium.

Justin Abequibel and Latrell Sombilon topped VVV in scoring with 20 points each. Kyle Trinidad contributed 13 points with 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Marc Cerdeña had 10 points plus 7 rebounds.

For the Titans, rookie Maykel Aspera had an explosive debut, producing 28 points and 19 rebounds. Rey Prayco contributed 9 points and 4 rebounds while Ronnie Corsino scored 7 points with 7 rebounds.

VVV will be back in action on June 7, facing the defending champions, Knights while the Titans will also be up against the Knights on June 14.
