Team Knights won their last assignment in the APCRAA Basketball Tournament Season 8 elimination round against Team Kings, 120-59, on Saturday, July 27 at the APC Gymnasium.
The Knights will finish in 2nd place in Group A going into the playoffs, while the Kings will miss the playoffs for the second consecutive season.
Nonoy Sonbise finished with 31 points with 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. Mark Rivera had a double-double output of 14 points and 15 rebounds, with 7 assists for the Knights.
For the Kings, Jhed Bunagan had 16 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 steals, while team captain Franz Alegre scored 15 points. Gelo Vizconde had a double-double output of 11 points and 11 rebounds.
