Defending champions Krispy Team forces a do-or-die Game 3 in the APCRAA Basketball Tournament Season 8 Finals after defeating Team Knights, 86-67, on Saturday, September 14 at the APC Gymnasium.
The defending champions took control of the game, leading by as much as 20 points in the third quarter.
Team captain Brix Estabillo led the charge for Krispy Team, scoring 21 points with 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Season 8 MVP Guess dela Cuesta had a double-double game of 21 points and 13 rebounds.
For the Knights, Jhonel de Luna scored 27 pointw with 6 rebounds. Nonoy Sonbise had 19 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists.
The rubber match to determine this season’s champions will be played on September 21.
