Pagaduan, Francisco named as MVPs, other awards given
Mark Pagaduan of Team ASPAC and Jenny Francisco of Dream Team were named the Most Valuable Player for the men’s and women’s division, respectively, of the APCRAA Basketball Tournament (AABT) 2017 season.
Pagaduan, who averaged 26.6 points and 13.71 rebounds per game, grabbed the MVP award after leading his team to capture their first championship in ABT history.
After switching teams this season, Francisco got her first MVP award with the Dream Team, helping her team to get an five-game undefeated streak against her former team. Francisco averaged 16.3 points and 21.3 rebounds in the three games she played for Dream Team.
Besides the MVP awards, other individual citations were given for the men’s and women’s divisions. The following are the rest of the player awardees:
