Team Knights will advance to the APCRAA Basketball Tournament Season Six men’s division semifinal round after defeating Team Titans in their knockout quarterfinals game, 108-66, on Saturday, August 13, at the APC Gymnasium.
The Knights earned their third straight semifinals appearance, dominating the game from tipoff. They will face Team Mille in the best of three semifinals beginning on September 3.
Christian Tragico led all scorers for Knights with 22 points with 2 rebounds. Carlo Aboboto had a double-double game with 18 points and 15 rebounds. Jolo Hermo contributed 19 points with 9 rebounds.
For the Titans, Jowell Lopez top the scoring chart with 21 points, with 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Rey Prayco contributed 18 points with 3 rebounds and 5 assists while Ronnie Corsino finished with a double double game with 16 points and 11 rebounds.
