Restbak improve playoff chance, keeps Mamba winless

Team Restbak scored a crucial win to keep their playoff chances possible as they defeated Team Mamba, 67-62, at the continuation of the APCRAA Basketball Tournament Season 7 elimination round on Saturday, June 10, at the APC Gymnasium.

Restbak improved their win-loss record to 2-2 while Mamba remained winless with 0-4.

Christian Gabon gave Restbak a boost in the game, finishing with a double double stat line of 16 points and 13 rebounds. Jeff Bacon contributed a double-double output of 13 points, 15 rebounds and 2 steals.

For Team Mamba, Jasper Fabian was their top scorer, with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists. Welmar Esparas and Jayvee Febrer scored 10 points each.

Restbak will play a crucial game on June 17 against Team Mille to clinch a spot in the playoffs while Tem Mamba will play the final game of the elimination round on June 24 against Team Sheesh.
