Rules for roster changes:
- Teams that will request for changes in roster should inform the APCRAA board via email at least three days before their next game
- Team captain will provide the new player’s details (name, date of birth, jersey number, playing position, classification (alumni, student, guest player), course and year of graduation/admission) and the player that will be replaced
- Replaced or removed players will not be allowed to play for the rest of the tournament.
- The new player can play to the team provided that the request was approved two days before the team’s next game.
- Teams will be responsible in providing their players their respective uniforms
- Replacement and addition of players will be allowed only up to July 15, 2024.
